What can you expect from the DB Max OCR Rood Rampage?
We will have a cracking obstacle course with around 40 obstacles per lap across varied terrain. Expect Mud and Hills aplenty

The elite waves start at 8:30am with open waves following and youth waves to finish – you can run with your child if you’d like to take part together.
You will be able to select your wave when entering.
Please note time slots are only a guide and subject to change depending on entries. Please see race information, sent 10 days before event day, for actual start time.
All the best obstacles from previous events as well as some from our Battle of Lansdown event, will be making an appearance at the Rood Rampage 2023, alongside some new fun and challenging obstacles. Course map coming soon!
Approximately 4.5 miles (elite competitors complete 2 laps, totalling 9 miles)
There will be a youth race open to those between 9 and 16 years of age. Anyone under the age of 13 will need to be accompanied by an adult (ration 1 adult : up to 4 children). Youth race distance will be approximately 3 miles.
For just £8, you can have your medal personalised with your name, position and finish time. Your details and results will be engraved on a small plate which fits neatly into the back of your medal.

The venue will have allocated parking at £5 per car. Please drive with consideration to other users.
Race numbers and timing chips will be collected from the registration desk on race day.
